Hi Team, This is my final escalation regarding Order #39090. I received the product in damaged packaging, and the item delivered is defective, with the ON/OFF switch not operating properly and smoothly right from first use. The product also appears to be old Sep 2024 stock, which is unacceptable for a new purchase. I have already shared clear photo evidence. I request immediate return pickup and full refund of ₹438 (including ₹73 delivery charges). Please note this is not a preference-based return. This is a seller-side defective and damaged delivery issue, so any deduction is unacceptable. Kindly confirm return approval and complete refund timeline today itself.
