Return & Replacement Policy
1.1 ElectricBasket (“we,” “us,” “our”) values our customers and wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we do not accept returns or offer replacements for products once they have been delivered.
1.2 This Return & Replacement Policy (“Policy”) applies to all products purchased through our website, mobile application, or other online services (collectively, the “Services”).

5.1 If your product has not been dispatched, You may cancel your order within twenty-four (24) hours of placing the order without incurring any charges. To cancel your order, you must contact us at email@example.com and provide us with your order number and a reason for the cancellation.
5.2 If you cancel your order after twenty-four (24) hours, a cancellation fee of twenty percent (20%) of the total value will be deducted from the refund.
5.3 If your order is COD, In that case cancel your order within or after twenty-four (24) hours, advance fee will not be refund.
We understand that receiving your order in a timely manner is important to you. That’s why we’ve implemented a shipping policy that ensures delivery within 20 days of order confirmation, subject to stock availability and destination.
